Its full title is Up the Wooden Hill to Bedfordshire, and it's what Mo used to say to her children at bedtime when they were still shorter than she is. (Which is a very long time ago.) Most of our sleep inducing products are for bathtimes, Waving Not Drowning and Dreamtime for example; they do a marvellous job of giving you a full night's sleep after a nice warm bath. But if you've only got time for a shower (or you've only got a shower), you can use a lavender, camomile and neroli scented Up the Wooden Hill for a quick, powerful dose of sleeping potion.
