1. Draw the eyeliner close to the lashes. Start at the inner corner of the eyelid and draw across. A fine line will give discreet colour and a thicker line will give boldness to the eye.
2. For a softer look, draw a thick line and blend onto the eyelid with your finger or a brush.
3. The colour bases are formulated to blend well onto the skin. If they go wrong – just blend in.
